My name is Sheela Sarraf. I am a certified and motivated yoga instructor from Goa with advanced training and specialization in Ashtanga and Hatha principles. I have been practicing, learning and teaching for several years in Dubai and Spain (Tenerife and ibiza). My spiritual drive is what keeps me on my toes to serve the society and introduce them to the word of yoga practice.
